The “Roma” International Piano Competition is one of the most important music competitions globally. Since 1990, it has been attracting the world's greatest young pianists, attracted by the opportunities offered by the exceptional prize package, the challenge of a demanding repertoire, a masterful jury and the splendid setting of the city of Rome.
The Sections for the 2025 edition are:
Young Pianists - up to 19 years old
Emerging Pianists - up to 25 years old
Duo Sections - up to 35 years old
Chopin Prize - up to 35 years old
1st Chopin Prize: € 7,000
