Any composer who is no older than 35 on 31 December 2022 can participate in this competition.

The works must be completely unknown. They must not have been previously performed, published or disseminated in any format.

This year chamber ensemble consisting of violin, viola, cello, double bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and French horn, with a minimum of seven instruments and no repeated instruments.

The style and scoring methods of the work are completely unrestricted. The recommended duration is between 10 and 18 minutes.

The award consists of:

Prize money of €4,000. At the event there will also be a recording of the work that will be made available to the winner and posted on social media.

Sending the scores:

As the scores will be presented anonymously, therefore a pseudonym must be used. All scores presented must be legible at first sight. A score that is badly written may be refused.

How to apply:

• Send the score in 1 PDF file. The name of the file must be the title of your work.

• Send 1 PDF file with the fully-completed entry form, passport or identity card and a brief curriculum vitae. The name of this file must be your pseudonym.

Files must be in ZIP or RAR format, sent via WeTransfer to mompouaward@jmbarcelona.com.

Deadline: Friday, October 14, 2022. 

The jury’s verdict of the work presented will be announced before November 30, 2022.

43. Frederic Mompou Fiatal Zeneszerzők Nemzetközi Versenye, Barcelona 2022

Minden 2022 december 31-e előtt 35. életévét be nem töltött szerző jelentkezhet a versenyre.

A szerzeménynek ismeretlennek kell lennie. Ennek értelmében előzőleg még nem előadott, bemutatott, publikált vagy bármilyen formában terjesztett műveket várnak. Az ez évi kamaraegyüttes hegedűből, csellóból, nagybőgőből, fuvolából, oboából, klarinétból, fagottból és kürtből áll, minimum hét hangszer részvételével. A stílus és a zenekotta nincs feltételekhez kötve. A mű ajánlott időtartama 10 és 18 perc között mozog.

Díjazás:

A fődíj 4,000€. Emellett az előadás felvételre kerül, amit elérhetővé tesznek a verseny győztese számára, illetve felkerül a közösségi hálókra.

A kotta beküldése:

Mivel az előadás anonim módon zajlik, álnév használata kötelező. A zenei kottának olvashatónak kell lennie, az olvashatatlan példányok elutasításra kerülnek.

A jelentkezés menete:

• A kottát kérjük 1 PDF fájlban elküldeni, amelynek neve a mű címe kell, hogy legyen.

• Továbbá 1 PDF fájlt a teljesen kitöltött nevezési lappal, útlevéllel vagy személyi igazolvánnyal és egy rövid önéletrajzzal ellátva. A fájl neve a jelentkező álneve kell, hogy legyen.

A fájl ZIP vagy RAR formátumban kell, hogy szerepeljen a WeTransfer felületén keresztül elküldve a következő e-mail címre mompouaward@jmbarcelona.com.

A bizottsági döntés 2022.november 30-a előtt megszületik és kihirdetésre kerül.
