International Competition for Young Instrumentalists – Povoletto, Italy
Since 1997, the Musical Cultural Association “Euritmia” has organized the International Competition for Young Instrumentalists in Povoletto (Province of Udine, Italy). The competition welcomes young musicians from public or private music schools, conservatories, and band-focused programs. Competitors of all nationalities born after January 1, 2014, are eligible to participate.

Dates: June 27–29, 2025
Application deadline: May 17, 2025
Eligible instruments:
– Wind instruments: flute, oboe, bassoon, clarinet, saxophone, horn, trumpet, trombone, euphonium, bass, tuba
– Percussion: rhythmic and melodic percussion
Competition format: One compulsory piece and one piece of choice must be performed, in accordance with the rules.
Age categories:
– Category A: born after January 1, 2014
– Category B: born in 2011–2013
– Category C: born in 2008–2010
– Category D: born in 2005–2007
